Yoghurt Pakora Curry
CURRY INGREDIENTS:
- Yoghurt: 1/2 kg
- Besan/gram flour: 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp.
- Red chili powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Green chilies whole: 5-6
- Curry leaves/karipatta: 3-4
- Garlic crushed: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
PAKORA INGREDIENTS:
- Besan/gram flour: 1 cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Baking soda: 1 pinch
BAGHAR INGREDIENTS:
- Oil: 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves/karipatta: 10-12
- Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Whole button red chilies: 7-8
METHOD FOR PAKORAS:
- Mix all pakora ingredients with little water.
- Mix with hand till it floats on water.
- Add soda at the time of frying time.
- Deep fry these.

METHOD FOR CURRY:
- Blend yoghurt +besan/gram flour+salt+red chili powder+turmeric powder+cumin seeds+green chilies+Karipatta/curry leaves+little water blend it well.
- Pour this in a pan.
- Add garlic chopped and 1 liter water.
- Stir continously till it boils.
- Slow flame.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Its consistency will be thick.
- Add pakoras in curry.
- Make Baghar in a another pan and pour it in curry.
- Sprinkle garam masala.
