Crispy Bitter Gourd bhujia/Crispy Kareela Pyaz bhujia
Ingredientals:
1. Bitter Gourd/Kareela: 600gm2. Onion/Pyaz: 2
3. Oil for deep fry
4. Salt
5. Green chili paste.
6. Turmeric/Haldi
7. Lemon Juice
METHOD:
1. Peel kareela/Bitter gourd from peeler. If you want remove the seeds.
2. Cut in thin slices.
3. Add Salt 1/2 Tbs and rub on all slices. Leave them for 30 minutes. Then wash them.
4. Cut onions in thin slices.
5. Deep fry Onions and Bitter gourd till golden brown separately.
6. Take them out
7. Now add oil very little, green chili paste and turmeric and fry.
8. Add all fried onions and bitter gourd, mix all.
9. Add lemon juice.
