Donuts filled with chicken filling
INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:
- Plain flour: 2-3 cups
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Oil: 2-3 tbs
- Egg: 1
- Instant yeast: 2 tsp
- Carum seeds/Ajwain: one pinchCarum seeds/Ajwain
- Water: as required
CHICKEN FILLING INGREDIENTS:
- Mince meat chicken: 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbs
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
- Cumin roasted & grinded: ¼ tsp
- Chinese salt: ½ tsp
- Carrot chopped:
- Capsicum chopped:
- Onion chopped:
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Ketchup: 1+1/2 cup
- Soya sauce: ¼ cup
- Salt:
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: ½ tsp
- With all spices + mince meat chicken marinate for two hours.
- Take oil in a pan, slightly warm, add garlic/ginger paste + fry it+ salt+ red chilli powder + black pepper + Chinese salt +garam masala, cumin powder + fry it + add carrot chop + capsicum chop + onion chop + fry on high flame.
- Roll the dough piece and make ¼ thick and then cut with small biscuit cutter into circles.
- Take two circles and put the sauce and then filling in between and then cover with another circle.
- Take two eggs, make foam.
- Dip these donuts in egg and then deep fry it.
