Donuts filled with chicken filling


INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:
  1. Plain flour:  2-3 cups
  2. Salt:  ½ tsp
  3. Oil:  2-3 tbs                                                        
  4. Egg:  1                                                                 
  5. Instant yeast:  2 tsp
  6. Carum seeds/Ajwain: one pinchCarum seeds/Ajwain
  7. Water:  as required

CHICKEN FILLING INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mince meat chicken:  250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste:  2 tbs
  3. Red chilli powder:  1 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder:  ¼ tsp                               
  5. Cumin roasted & grinded:  ¼ tsp
  6. Chinese salt:  ½ tsp
  7. Carrot chopped:
  8. Capsicum chopped:
  9. Onion chopped: 

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

  1. Oil:  2 tbs
  2. Ketchup:  1+1/2 cup
  3. Soya sauce:  ¼ cup
  4. Salt:
  5. Red chilli powder:  1 tsp
  6. Black pepper: ½ tsp

Method:


  1. With all spices + mince meat chicken marinate for two hours.
  2. Take oil in a pan, slightly warm, add garlic/ginger paste + fry it+ salt+ red chilli powder + black pepper + Chinese salt +garam masala, cumin powder + fry it + add carrot chop + capsicum chop + onion chop + fry on high flame.
  3. Roll the dough piece and make ¼ thick and then cut with small biscuit cutter into circles.
  4. Take two circles and put the sauce and then filling in between and then cover with another circle.
  5. Take two eggs, make foam.
  6. Dip these donuts in egg and then deep fry it.
