Yoghurt Pakora Curry

CURRY INGREDIENTS:
  1. Yoghurt:  1/2 kg
  2. Besan/gram flour:  1/2 cup
  3. Cumin seeds:  1 tsp
  4. Salt:  1 tsp.
  5. Red chili powder:  1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder:  1/2 tsp.
  7. Green chilies whole:  5-6
  8. Curry leaves/karipatta:  3-4
  9. Garlic crushed: 1 tsp
  10. Garam Masala:  1 tsp

PAKORA INGREDIENTS:

  1. Besan/gram flour:  1 cup
  2. Cumin seeds:  1 tsp
  3. Salt:  1 tsp
  4. Crushed red chilies:  1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder:  1/4 tsp
  6. Baking soda:  1 pinch

BAGHAR INGREDIENTS:

  1. Oil:  1/4 cup
  2. Curry leaves/karipatta:  10-12
  3. Cumin seeds:  1 tsp
  4. Whole button red chilies:  7-8

METHOD FOR PAKORAS:

  1. Mix all pakora ingredients with little water.
  2. Mix with hand till it floats on water.
  3. Add soda at the time of frying time.
  4. Deep fry these.

METHOD FOR CURRY:

  1. Blend yoghurt +besan/gram flour+salt+red chili powder+turmeric powder+cumin seeds+green chilies+Karipatta/curry leaves+little water blend it well.
  2. Pour this in a pan.
  3. Add garlic chopped and 1 liter water.
  4. Stir continously till it boils.
  5. Slow flame.
  6. Cook for 1 hour.
  7. Its consistency will be thick.
  8. Add pakoras in curry.
  9. Make Baghar in a another pan and pour it in curry.
  10. Sprinkle garam masala.
