AFGHANI KARAHI

INGREDIENTS:
1.  Chicken: 1 kg
2.  Tomatoes:  1/2 kg
3.  Oil:  1 cup
4.  Black pepper whole:  1 tablespoon
5.  Cumin seeds:  1 tablespoon
6.  Corriander seeds whole:  1 tablespoon
7.  Red chillies crushed:  1 teaspoon
8.  Salt:  1 & 1/2 teaspoon
9.  Lemon Juice:  1 lemon
10.  Ginger:  1 tablespoon (julien cutting)
11.  Corriander fresh:  1 tablespoon

12.  Ginger & garlic paste:  1 tablespoon

13.  Green chillies whole:  5-6

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Fry chicken pieces in oil, just color change to white.
2.  Take it out from the pan.
3.  Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and put in the pan, cover it and cook till soft.
4.  Add ginger garlic paste, salt and crused red chillies and fry and add chicken and green chillies.
5.  Roast whole corriander,  cumin seeds and black pepper and then grind and make a fine powder and add in the chicken and fry and cover the pan.
6.  When cook add 1 lemon juice, fresh chopped corriander leaves & julien ginger.
