GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS:
1.  Full cream powder milk: 1 cup
2.  Plain flour:  1 tablespoon leveled
3.  Semolina:  1 teaspoon
4.  Ghee:  1 tablespoon
5.  Baking powder:  1 teaspoon
6.  Egg:  1

METHOD:

1.  Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix and make a dough, leave for 15-20 minutes.
2.  Make small balls, approximately 12-15 balls will make from this quantity.
3.  Take oil in a pan, flame should be very slow.
4.  Put the balls in oil, deep fry on a very small flame, gently move balls for browning on all sides.

SUGAR SYRUP (SHEERA INGREDIENTS:

1.  Sugar:  1 cup
2.  Water:  2 cups
3.  Cardamom powder/choti ilichi powder:  1/2 teaspoon
4.  Kewra water:  1 tablespoon

METHOD:

1.  Add sugar, cardamom powder, kewra water in 2 cups water.
2.  Dissolve these on medium flame.
3.  Add gulab jamuns in this syrup, boil 1-2 times, then leave on very slow flame covered for just 5 minutes.
