MANGO CREAM CAKE


Baking Time:  15-20 minutes. 
Preheat:  6-8 minutes
Temperature:  180 degree Celsius

INGREDIENTS FOR SPONGE:

1. Eggs:  5
2.  Plain flour:  10 tablespoon. 
3.  Castor sugar:  10 tablespoon
4.  Mango Essence:  few drops

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Separate egg white and egg yolk in a greased free bowl.
2.  Beat the egg whites till peaks formed.
3.  Add the egg yolks and mix it.
4.  Add sugar and essence.
5.  Greased the pans ( two or one).  If taking two it will be easy.
6.  Bake on 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes. 

INGREDIENTS FOR ICING:

1.  Mango slices or cubes:  1 cup
2.  Double Cream/Extra thick:  2 packet
3.  Icing sugar:  6 tablespoon
4.  Yellow Food colour:  1 pinch
5.  Mango juice:  1/2 cup
6.  Mango Essence:  1/4 teaspoon

Whipped the cream then add icing sugar, essence, and yellow food color.

DECORATION:

  1. Slice from center the cake if bake one large cake,
  2. Spray the bottom sponge with mango juice then spread whipped cream, and then put slices of mango.
  3. Put other cake sponge on to it and then same decoration, at the top use piping bag for whipped cream for decoration and some cherries (optional).
